1. Quelle est votre politique de retour?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Red Tag’s official online store (redtagjewelry.ca) you may – within 15 days of purchase – either return by mail for a full refund OR return to your nearest Red Tag branded store for an exchange or in-store credit. Please follow the steps below for returns.

There are no returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE merchandise, either online or in stores. All products that are $15 or less are considered final sales.

Returns by mail –
a. Contact us at info@redtagjewelry.ca to receive a Return Authorization and Prepaid Shipping Label.
b. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition.
c. Please indicate the quantity, item number and reason for return. Please be sure to include it with the merchandise when you mail them back to us.
d. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. However, your original shipping cost is not refundable.
e. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item(s) by Red Tag. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
f. Please note Red Tag Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Returns in-store –
a. Items purchased from Red Tag’s official online store (redtagjewelry.ca) can be returned at Red Tag stores in Canada within 15 days of purchase.
b. For items returned at a Red Tag branded store, a store merchandise credit will be issued only redeemable at the Red Tag branded store that processes the return. Refunds cannot be issued in-store for items purchased online.
c. You can exchange any item for another item of equal or greater value provided it is available in-store. However, your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.
d. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Damaged/Defective items purchased online can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

2. What is your exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Red Tag Canada’s official online store (redtagjewelry.ca), you can either return by mail or exchange in-store within 15 days of purchase. Please follow the steps below for exchanges.

There are no returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE merchandise, either online or in stores.

All products that are $15 or less are considered final sales.

Exchanges by mail –
a. We do not accept exchanges by mail. To exchange a product by mail, you must first return the item you received by following the “Return by mail” instructions
b. You will then need to purchase a new item online at Red Tag Canada’s official online store (redtagjewelry.ca). Your reorder can be made at your convenience either before or after the return has been processed.
c. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and payment credited. You will only be credited for merchandise and not original shipping charges.

Exchanges in store –
a. Items purchased from Red Tag Canada’s official online store (redtagjewelry.ca) can be exchanged at Red Tag branded store in Montreal within 15 days of purchase.
b. All merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Damaged/Defective items purchased online can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
c. You can exchange any item for another item of equal or greater value provided it is available in-store. However, your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

3. Can a gift recipient return Red Tag Jewellery?

Yes, a gift recipient can return merchandise. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail, a credit will be issued to the original payment method, which the purchaser used. Please note that the gift recipient will not get the refund.

4. How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?

Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s) by Red Tag. You will be receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

7. The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?

As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
